A. Absolutely! Organising activities and catering is possible at most of our Party Houses. We suggest reaching out to My Event Concierge, an event planning company that frequently provides these services at our houses. They offer discounted party packages exclusively for Party Houses guests! For more information, check out our Party Packages page.
A. This depends on the individual properties, but as a general rule of thumb; most venues do not allow confetti or glitter, as they are very difficult to clean. Additionally, most venues do not allow the use of sellotape or bluetac, which have the potential to damage the walls/paint. If you would like to decorate your venue, be sure to communicate this early on in the booking process so as to ensure that your decorations to not violate the terms and conditions of your booking. Communication is key.
A. We only take payments by card and bank transfer. We do not accept Amex.
We offer a range of accommodation options, some in or near cities and towns, and others out in the countryside. There are plenty of urban options, including houses in London, near Bristol and Bath, and in areas such as York and Newcastle. Additionally, we have plenty of secluded countryside accommodations. There’s something for everyone.
A. We have a number of Party Houses with pools and hot tubs. In fact, over 75% of our venues come with hot tubs, so you really are spoilt for choice. For a full list of Hen Party Houses with hot tubs, click here.
A. We recommend booking 6–12 months in advance to give yourself the widest choice of venues and dates. That said, whether you’re planning well ahead or organising something last minute, we’ll do our best to help. For last-minute bookings, we suggest a minimum of 2 weeks before your chosen date, though availability may be limited, especially during peak times.
A. This will depend greatly on the venue. Most venues come with built-in sound systems, through which you can play your own music. However, many of our venues have noice policies in place. Some common policies surrounding music at our houses are;
- No music outside after 10 pm.
- You may only use the provided sound system – no external speakers may be brought in.
- Always be respectful of neighbouring properties.

There are a number of unique activities that can be brought to any of our houses for hen parties. From chocolate making to karaoke, clay pigeon shooting, and murder mysteries, there is no shortage of entertainment to consider when planning a hen do. We’ve found the best way to plan a hen party is to rent a fabulous house and build a program using some of our unique hen-do ideas. This way, you’ll be sure to have a perfect balance between wild fun and relaxation.
Firstly, we suggest bringing in a caterer or organising a grocery delivery box. This spares you the drag of going shopping and drawing straws for who’s on cooking duty. Additionally, it frees up time for sipping champagne in the hot tub with your girls. Alternatively, many of our houses are situated close by to cosy pubs and restaurants that would be lovely to stop in for a drink and a meal. We personally find it works well to do a combination of things at our hen party houses. It can be helpful to get a grocery box with the essentials delivered on arrival- some houses even unpack them for you! Bring in the caterers for a full English Breakfast after a night of shenanigans, and maybe grab a pub lunch at some stage too. This way, you get to test drive your kitchen, relax at your Hen Party House, and get a taste of the local lifestyle.

If you fancy some fresh air, we offer many houses situated out in the countryside, surrounded by beautiful walks. Certain venues, such as Roaches Hall and Hamps Hall, sit nestled in the mountains of the famous Peak District. The Peak District, the UK’s first official national park, is known for its stunning countryside walks and cycle routes.
For more daring and adventurous hens, there are also a number of caves throughout the Peak District, such as Poole’s Cavern and Titan Cave. Poole’s Cavern is a lovely cave to visit, as they offer guided tours that would make a great addition to a hen-do program. The tours last for 45 minutes and walk-ins are not guaranteed a spot, but tickets are available online for £14.50 per person. The Peak District also has many famous spots for those who might enjoy a bit of rock climbing. If heights or caves aren’t for you, why not try out quad biking or paint-balling?
