While we work with a number of activity hosts and service providers, we have a particularly long-standing relationship with event planning company, My Event Concierge.

My Event Concierge is a private chef hire and activity planner for events throughout the UK. They offer all sorts of catering options, as well as a host of activities ranging from spa treatments to archery and all that lies between. My Event Concierge have been bringing amazing activities to Party Houses events since 2018, and after many successful events and occasions, they have decided to offer discounted Party Packages for all our Party Houses. Using your Party Houses booking code, guests qualify for a selection of party packages designed to give you everything you need for your upcoming event.

There are 4 main packages offered by My Event Concierge, exclusive to Party Houses guests. These include a hen Party package, a stag party package, a corporate package and a birthday party package. All of the packages are based on the most popular events and activities for each kind of event but can be adjusted to suit your needs. Please be aware that while My Event Concierge offers party packages at Party Houses venues, we are two separate companies. Party Houses do not organise Party Packages, but rather provide you with the information necessary to find appropriate planners for your events. Organising Party Packages with My Event Concierge is a simple and straightforward process, that can be broken down into 4 simple steps:

Sept 1: Get in touch:

Fill out an enquiry on My Event Concierge. Remember to include your Party Houses booking code to qualify for the packages advertised above.

Step 2: Get your planner:

Once your request has been received, you will be issued a personal event planner, who will reach out to gather more information about your event.

Step 3: Set your dates:

My Event Concierge will write up bespoke email templates, organise your activities and take all the admin off your hands.

Step 4: Relax:

With all the information about your event, My Event Concierge will handle the admin and logistics of getting your event set up. They will arrange your activities, caterest, and anything else so that all you need to do is show up and enjoy your event.
