About My Event Concierge
My Event Concierge is a private chef hire and activity planner for events throughout the UK. They offer a variety of catering options, and activities ranging from spa treatments to archery and all that lies between. In fact, My Event Concierge have been bringing amazing activities to Party Houses events since 2018. Following the success of multiple events and occasions, we decided to team up to offer exclusive, discounted packages for Party Houses guests. Using your Party Houses booking code, you qualify for a selection of party packages designed to give you everything you need for your upcoming event.

Organising Your Party Package
How it works
Please be aware that while My Event Concierge offers party packages at Party Houses venues, we are two separate companies. Party Houses do not organise Party Packages, but rather provide you with the information necessary to find appropriate planners for your events. Organising Party Packages with My Event Concierge is a simple and straightforward process, that can be broken down into 4 simple steps:
Sept 1: Get in touch:
Fill out an enquiry on My Event Concierge outlining the package you would like to organise at your Party House.
Step 2: Get your planner:
Once your request has been received, you will be issued a personal event planner, who will reach out to gather more information about your event.
Step 3: Set your dates:
My Event Concierge will write up bespoke email templates, organise your activities and take all the admin off your hands.
Step 4: Relax:
With all the information about your event, My Event Concierge will handle the admin and logistics of getting your event set up. They will arrange your activities, caterest, and anything else so that all you need to do is show up and build memories to last a lifetime.
