We had an amazing stay at Roaches Hall with friends and family. The house was so well equipped, full of character, and we couldn’t get over how big it was. Perfect for our group of 26. We all arrived with loads of layers expecting it to be cold but it was lovely and warm, really cosy. Beds were really comfortable too! Special mention for the mini front door within the front door, that got a lot of comments. The location is absolutely stunning with amazing walks right on the doorstep. We’ll definitely be back in the future when we need a similar sized venue. Thank you!

Booked Toft Hall for a 50th Birthday celebration. Absolutely amazing house, loads of rooms which were fun discovering. Stunning views from the hot tub. Plenty of amenities. Fully equipped kitchen. We had Morrisons delivered to the house with no problems. We walked to the local pub from where we were staying as well. Everyone who came said it was a great house!

We had our work summer party at Toft Estate and honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a better day! From the very beginning, the team were so helpful and lovely. Everything ran so smoothly, which meant we could just relax, enjoy ourselves and have a great time! There was so much on offer that choosing what to do was probably the hardest part, everything sounded so good! The venue was beautiful, and the views were so wholesome. A huge thank you to everyone at Toft Estate for helping make our summer party such a brilliant day. We really couldn’t recommend them enough!

We booked this for my husband's 60th birthday to celebrate with family and friends for a week in August 2026. The whole property was clean and well equipped for the 28 guests and the bedrooms were all a good size and everyone commented how comfortable the mattresses were. The setting of the house is excellent with easy access to walks to the various rocks and countryside. The driveway from the road to the house is 'rustic' to say the least and does need to be improved slightly. One of our guests needed the accessible room and wetroom and had an unfortunate incident where the toilet and cistern in the wetroom fell over whilst she was sitting on it - this was obviously extremely stressful for her and even though the maintenance man came out very quickly, we were amazed to find out that neither the cistern or toilet itself were fixed to the wall or floor - just stuck with silicone!! This was rectified very quickly thankfully but meant she lost her confidence in using the facilities on her own without any help for the rest of the week. It would also benefit from additional grab rails near the shower and to the left of the toilet too. The showers were overall pretty good although a few people commented that the water pressure was poor and it was difficult to adjust the temperature to get it right - either too cold or far too hot so maybe these could be upgraded. Overall we had a really nice week at Roaches Hall and if we were looking for somewhere for a similar number of people we would definitely consider staying there again.

Great big place and set up for parties. Rooms not a high standard and the plumbing/pipework needs updating as the showers and toilets(flushing) were poor. Bit of a renovation required
