Frequently Asked Questions
A. No, we do not take provisional bookings. This is so that the availability on our website is always up-to-date and accurate.
A. The majority of our venues take 25% – 50% on booking, while the balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
We also recommend reading the Terms and Conditions before making the booking.
A. We only take payments by card and bank transfer. We do not accept Amex.
We have quite a strict cancellation policy. Once payment for the deposit has been received, you are liable to pay the full amount of the total booking value. If you wanted to cancel, we would attempt to find alternative guests to book the venue over the cancelled dates, and would offer a refund only if we are successful in doing so.
A. Each venue has a security deposit ranging from £200 to £4,000 depending on the size of the venue and the nature of the celebration. The security deposit is taken before your stay by the owner directly.
A. Yes, many of our venues welcome stag and hen parties, but ask that you respect our neighbours, and so if you are looking for a rave venue then we are not for you! You’ll be able to find information on whether or not you can host a hen or stag party in the pink box on the right-hand side of each Party House.
