Business Development and Marketing Junior Manager


Party Houses is looking for a new Business Development and Marketing Junior Manager. This is a very operational driven role perfect for a self-driven individual ready for a challenge. We’re looking for a professional that’s good at problem solving, is comfortable on the phone, and can work well without consistent supervision. As we’re still quite a small team you’ll be managing a number of various tasks allowing you to develop in various fields. The job role will include supervising the team and delivering supportive leadership.

The main role will be to manage the ‘Agency’ side of our business. This is our venues that we advertise and take a commission with. You’ll be expected to research and call up new potential venue owners to help develop our portfolio further and maintain solid relationships with our current venue owners. This involves mitigating when issues arise, setting up prices and availability, invoicing, etc.

The secondary role will be to support our marketing efforts including having a strategic overview of our SEO driven landing pages, new venue profiles, ensuring we regularly post social media posts, send out newsletters, onboard various activity providers etc.

Finally there is a managerial role within the office as you delegate and support interns who are also working at the company.

As your role is very crucial to the company itself, it will also enable you to travel and meet our partners and venue owners in order to consolidate our relationship. You’ll be working closely with the manager of the company, developing strategic processes for the company to develop further.

This is a full-time position with a solid month of induction to prepare you to take over this role.

What we expect:

  • Native level of English
  • EU Nationality
  • A bachelor’s degree in international business or similar field
  • At least a year of relevant working experience
  • Experience in WordPress and social media strategy
  • Experience in sales and/or customer service
  • Self-driven and eager to learn

Salary: 1,500.00€ to 2,000.00€ /month
