Thank you for booking with Party Houses! You will soon receive a Booking Letter containing your reservation details (please note this is not a confirmed booking). We aim to confirm your booking within the next 24 hours. However, bookings made on a Friday evening or over the weekend will be processed on Monday.
Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a Confirmation Booking Letter. If you do not receive this within 24 hours, please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still haven’t received anything after 48 hours, feel free to contact us and we’ll be happy to assist you.
To help make the most of your stay, we recommend reaching out to My Event Concierge. My Event Concierge is an events management company with plenty of experience working with our venues. They offer a wide range of activities at exclusive rates for Party Houses guests.

Meet the Team
Chris, the founder of Party Houses, works primarily with our stunning Peak District venues, helping the team coordinate bookings and activities.
Johanna is our team manager. She coordinates with venue owners about bookings and listings and ensures that things run smoothly around the office.
Phoebe is our head of customer relations – the first point of contact for guests. With knowledge of all our Party Houses, she helps guests find the perfect venues.
Leah is our marketing manager. She has the lovely job of writing our new venue profiles, updating our website, and managing our social media.
