Charnwood Forest South Wing can have up to 27 people with extra guests over 21 at £50 per person for the duration of their stay but please note that this is quite a stretch with people being accommodated also in the common areas. 

Available to rent out with the Charnwood Forest West Wing (for 18 - 22 guests) for an exclusive use of the entire Charnwood Forest Estate (for a total of 39 - 45 guests). 

Charnwood Forest Estate spans over 13 acres of land, providing its guests with privacy and uninterrupted views. The French chick style of this big Party House with views of the gardens, woodland and countryside will leave you speechless.

The South Wing comfortably accommodates 21 guests in 8 bedrooms. Guests will be able to enjoy a big swimming pool and a spa garden with a Hot Tub. For active guests, there are plenty of cycling and hiking routes around the house, including the Garendon Trail and National Cycle Network which your pets can enjoy as well. Reception Rooms and facilities

The grand entrance hall of Charnwood Forest South Wing features an ivory piano on the right and a sweeping staircase on the left. This large group accommodation in Leicestershire also comes with a large dining room for all your guests and a modern kitchen with a coffee machine, washing and dishwashing machine, and Miele and Rangemaster appliances which will be a joy to utilise while preparing your favourite meals for the people you love. This lovely venue for rent in East Midlands also comes with a home office, a drawing room, WiFi, and a built-in sound system, perfect for any celebration.  

Bedrooms

First floor:

• Bedroom 1: Two x double beds. One x single bed. En-suite slipper bath, over bath shower-head basin, toilet.
• Bedroom 2: Two x double beds. En-suite shower, basin and toilet
• Bedroom 3: Two x single beds. Under window slipper bath, en-suite basin, toilet
  Bedroom 4: Two x single beds. En-suite shower, basin and toilet

• Bedroom 6: One x bunk bed suitable for adults 

Ground floor:

• Bedroom 7: Two x single beds. Direct terrace access

Bedroom 8 leads into bedroom 7 while there's also a family bathroom with shower, basin and toilet. For extra guests 2x single loft beds can be added to Bedroom 1. 

We ask that the travel costs are brought by the parents. 

There are beds for 21 people, however extra guests are welcome to stay at the house at no extra cost (ask them to bring their own inflatable beds and bedding). The family room and a couple of bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom with shower, basin, and toilet. The rest of the guests are welcomed to use the elegant spa and its facilities: showers, toilets, basins and hair drying stations.
