Summer time at Party Houses is here.  The taste of grilled sausages and burgers on the barbeque and the tang of the local ales are the flavour of the month, as our guests head down to the country pubs to revel in the beer gardens and the sun.

For any guests heading to Party Houses this summer don’t forget to bring your walking boots.  Never is there a better time to take advantage of the beautiful surrounding Peak District and multitude of walks that it offers than in the summer months.  For guests of Toft Hall head down to Wincle and walk along the river Dane towards Macclesfield, stopping off at the Ship Inn on the way to try Giles’s local ‘Wincle Beer’.

We see a lot of family get togethers in Summer, groups that understand how beautiful the British summer truly can be and want to take advantage of a Party House for that mid – year catch up. The kids get the chance to explore acres of forests and fields, whilst the parents can sit back and relax in our gardens. For us at Party Houses we love the summer in the Peak District, heading to the local Festivals and enjoying good music, accompanied by a good ale for that true British summer experience. – Just don’t forget your sun cream!
