Spring has finally come; the days are getting longer, the sun is finally coming out, and the flora of the Peak District is undergoing its yearly transformation and starting afresh. Here at Party Houses, we have the fortune of being situated right in the middle of this impressive makeover. Take Toft Hall for example, the drive heading down is suddenly a-flush with bright yellow colour on either side as the daffodils make themselves present.  When taking a walk in the surrounding Peak District fields, listen to the bleating of the baby lambs, as they get used to their new home.

With the sun out, there is a variety of new activities that our guests can take advantage of, Alton Towers for example, the UK’s number 1 theme park, and under an hour away from all of our houses has opened its doors to thrill-seeking guests. For any guests that are looking for a more relaxed experience, spring provides the perfect chance to take a tranquil walk through the Peak Districts’ famous awe-inspiring walks. One of the more famous routes situated 5 minutes away from Roaches Hall takes guests over the top of the striking Roaches Rocks, with 360 panoramic views.

For us here at Party Houses Spring provides us with our yearly clear out and restoration, as we undergo our very own ‘Spring Cleaning’. Evaluating and updating each of our 7 properties to make sure they are up to the standard that we and our guests expect, spending a week getting our hands dirty organising each of our houses.
