If there’s one word that comes to mind when preparing vegan recipes it’s most likely the word, complicated. Just a few too many vegan recipes online and on blogs require specific and strange ingredients like Aquafaba or Irish sea moss.  (Where do you even buy these things?)  But fear not, we’ve compiled a list of 5 super simple, and super tasty, vegan recipes with ingredients you probably already own. All of these dishes can be prepared in an hour or less and don’t require a degree in biochemistry or culinary arts. On your next wellness retreat or yoga gathering, impress your guests with these yummy dishes. Healthy food and plant-based recipes don’t need to be so difficult after all.

1. Sugar Snap Pea and Carrot Soba Noodles


We are in love with this Asian inspired cold noodle bowl. This cool and simple dish is so fresh and light it will be the summer snack everyone wants. Toss it together in under 30 min and enjoy every bite bursting with pops of ginger flavor, miso paste, and crispy snap peas. There are even gluten-free suggestions included for those with gluten-sensitivity. 3. Peanut butter and jelly chia pudding

This breakfast bowl is a great hearty and healthy food alternative to the classic breakfast burrito bowl. This simple dish is so tasty you’ll forget it’s a vegan recipe.
